What is your shipping policy?

Frontier offers free shipping on all orders to its customers. You must have a registered account with Frontier to qualify. Guests and non-dental offices may not be eligible for free shipping.

How quickly does my order ship out and deliver?

Orders placed before 5:00PM EST are guaranteed to ship out that same day. As well, we strive to get out every single order placed before 6:30PM. Orders on the east coast should reach you within 1-2 business days and orders on the west coast should reach you within 3-5 business days.

Are there any contracts or hidden terms?

Unlike most companies in the dental supplies space, we won't tie you down with any contracts or hidden terms because we believe shopping for dental supplies should be easy, 100% in your control, and risk free.
